Delivery Information

Saffrons Boxes aims to dispatch all orders within the 48 hours of receiving them, to ensure that the special person receives their luxury gift as soon as.

STANDARD DELIVERY (ABSOLUTELY FREE) - 2-4 working days (orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days and delivery will be a further 1-2 working days).

EXPRESS DELIVERY £3.99 - 1-2 working days (orders are usually dispatched next working day and sent with Royal Mail which has a delivery aim of next working day).

Please note that we can only dispatch orders Monday - Friday.

Currently Saffrons Boxes only delivers to mainland UK (including Norther Ireland), meaning we are unable to facilitate international orders.

We use Royal Mail for deliveries within the UK & are advised that their service may be subject to delays where they have staff shortages. Although delays may be possible, we are seeing very few delays at the moment.

Frequently asked shipping questions

Where is my order?
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation (please check your junk inbox if it hasn’t arrived). We will then send another email of the day your order is dispatched, again please check your junk/spam for this email.

Delivery Address:
You will have the opportunity to send you gift box sent straight your recipient. All you will need to do is provide their name and address in to the delivery address section at the checkout.

My item hasn’t arrived:
Very rarely items go missing in the post. If you haven’t received your order please do get in touch by emailing on hello@saffronsboxes.com with your order number, name and delivery address.
